  Had a noise issue with my newly installed AC (by a different company) which they were not able to fix or even to diagnose and insisted that’s how it’s supposed to sound. There is no way I could live with that , so I reached out to Kassa Kool who was quick to respond and fix the problem. Owner is very knowledgeable and was able to address the problem on my Trane unit in the same visit. Reasonably priced, I will become their maintenance customer from now on.

I got quotes from several HVAC companies for a mini-split in my garage in West Austin, and Kassa Kool stood out right away. They were the only company that did a Manual J heat load calculation before recommending a system. Everyone else guessed at the size from square footage. Kassa Kool measured and calculated to find the right one.
That matters more than people think. An oversized unit short-cycles, wastes energy, and doesn't pull humidity out well. An undersized one can't keep up with a Texas summer. Because Kassa Kool is engineer-owned, their approach was data-driven from the start, and I knew I was paying for the right system, not just a bigger one.
They installed a Lennox by Samsung mini-split and the garage is now very comfortable and usable year-round. Install was clean and professional.

  We ended up having to replace our entire HVAC system due to age, and concerned that replacing a single part would've gambled maybe 2-3 years. Bogdan came out to diagnose primary issues and set us up running for a few days due to the insanely hot weather. Luckily, the new installation even got rid of the extra humidity in the house and made it even more comfortable.

Bogdan assisted in helping us with some initial sealant to buy us additional time with coolant; something our previous HVAC company kept stalling/stringing us along with. Now we'll just have the system maintained for its life. We appreciate the communication, prioritization, and the crew cleaning up after they were finished.

  Bogdan and his team gave me a second opinion on a condenser leaking coolant and ultimately gave me a much better deal on a replacement than Stan's. Also he is very responsive - he'll reply back within minutes to a text or call. I trust his diagnosis - very honest and explains everything in great detail.

  Kassa Kool provided truly the best service I’ve ever received from a company in any industry. They came out the same day after another HVAC company gave me a highly concerning (and ultimately dishonest) assessment. Kassa Kool spent three full hours thoroughly inspecting the entire system, staying until 9 p.m. to make sure nothing was overlooked. They confirmed that the expensive repairs the other company claimed I needed were completely unnecessary, clearly explained what was actually going on, and gave me a very fair and honest price.

Their integrity, expertise, and dedication were exceptional. It is incredibly rare to find a company that cares this much about doing the right thing for its customers. I cannot recommend Kassa Kool highly enough, and they will be the only company I call for HVAC service going forward.
