My AC went out on a Sunday night at 9:30 pm. I called Bogdan at Kassa Kool off a recommendation from desperate google searching. Goodness what a pleasant surprise to find such an honest contractor. Bogdan was willing to come out that night (by this time it was after 10:00) for less that a $100 service fee, but also offered to walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone which led to a diagnosis of a backed up drain line. He helped me get enough of the line cleared on my own to regain functionality and a comfortable night sleep for my family. The following day he was also supportive of me trying to clear the line myself when I mentioned I had some friends who have the necessary equipment.
