Financing and rebate FAQ

Who provides the financing?

Financing is provided by Service Finance Company, LLC, a lender that works with home-improvement contractors. You apply directly on their secure website, and they handle approval and payments.

Can I use financing and a rebate on the same system?

Yes. Rebates come from your electric utility and financing comes from Service Finance, so you can use both on the same installation.

Can I finance a repair?

Yes. Financing is available for larger repairs as well as new systems. Ask us whether your repair qualifies.

Is there still a federal tax credit for a new AC or heat pump?

No. The federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit (25C) ended for systems installed after December 31, 2025. Utility rebates like Austin Energy's are still available.

Do I need an estimate before I apply?

No. Many customers apply first so they know their budget, then schedule a free estimate. You can also apply after you have our quote.
